2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide the app's core functionality:

• Account information: Your name and email address, obtained through Google Sign-In when you authenticate with the app.
• Task data: Task titles, descriptions, priorities, statuses, due dates, and associated tags that you create within the app.
• Time log data: Time entries including duration, date, activity categories, and notes that you record in the app.
• Focus session data: Focus session start and end times, duration, and any task changes you make during a session.
• App settings: Your in-app preferences such as theme selection and notification settings.

We do not collect:

• Device location data
• Contacts or address book data
• Photos, camera, or microphone access
• Browsing history or data from other apps
• Financial or payment information beyond subscription status

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate your identity and maintain your account session
• Store, retrieve, and sync your tasks, time logs, and focus sessions across devices
• Send push notifications you have explicitly enabled (task reminders, focus session alerts)
• Provide productivity insights and summaries within the app
• Process subscription transactions if you choose to upgrade your plan

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

4. Google Sign-In

Time Management Coach uses Google Sign-In for authentication. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and a Google-issued user ID. We use this information solely to identify your account.

We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google services beyond authentication. Google's own Privacy Policy governs how Google handles your information during the sign-in process: https://policies.google.com/privacy

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Render (render.com). All data transmission between the app and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.

While we implement industry-standard security practices, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at aravindkhari09@gmail.com and we will process your deletion request within 30 days.

7. Push Notifications

The app may send push notifications for task reminders, focus session updates, and productivity summaries. Notifications require explicit permission from you on your device. You can disable notifications at any time through your device's notification settings.

8. Google Assistant App Actions

The app supports Google Assistant voice commands (Hey Google) for actions such as starting a focus session, creating a task, and logging time. When you use these voice commands, Google Assistant passes your request to the app via a deep link. We do not receive your voice recordings — only the action parameters resolved by Google Assistant.

9. Subscriptions

Time Management Coach offers optional paid subscription plans. Subscription payments are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information. Google Play's Privacy Policy applies to payment processing.

10. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format
